I bought Gears of War (GoW) for Windows, and I got the error shown in the image when trying to connect to my Xbox Live Account. The error code 0x8015190a is not listed in Xbox Live Troubleshooting page, so, I had to search in the web.
I'm not totally sure about this, but, looks like Xbox Live and XFire application (http://www.xfire.com) are in some how not compatible. I closed Xfire and restarted the game and I was able to login. Weird huh?.

It may be profile related. I created a new Live ID, changed country to United States and filled some information.
Once the Live.com Mail (which you also get from a hotmail account) was created, I proceeded to use it to register with the LIVE Xbox. Bingo! No more error.
Changing your current profile do United States does not solve the issue.
